She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Stephens (Liz), Drew Tempelmeyer (Shawn) and Devon Tempelmeyer (Kara); her grandchildren, Vincent, Aria and Olivia; and her siblings, Donna Howard, Kenny Cato (Dee), Kathy Guffey, Doug Cato (Karen) and Lori Melton (Jimmy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
