She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Era Bell Robertson McGee; her husband Wayne F. Simpson; her siblings, Charles McGee and Ina Shepard; and her children, Dewayne and Pam Simpson.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbie Ricks (Bob); and her grandchildren, Jordan Ricks (Rebecca), Stacey Brockway (Norman) and Alan Simpson (Melanie). She is also survived by six great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
