Frances E. Norris Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances E. Norris of Paris, Texas, born in Fulton, Missouri, who passed away on October 3, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Parsons and Tera Parsons; her daughters, Sara Sims and Kathleen Norris-Wallis; her brother Frank Allen; and her granddaughter Rachel Wallis.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Norris; her children, Angela Holt, Wynona Norris-Keeley (Kyle), Johnny Norris Jr., Danny Wallis and John Thomas Bennington (Ann); and her grandchildren, Ashleigh Taylor (Ben), Karlie Hensley, Matthew Sugg (Mysti), Amber Powell, Katy Norris, KJ Keeley, Sarah Wallis, David Wallis, Beau Michael Norris, Mckenzy Howell, Victoria Bennington and Lauryl Bennington. She is also survived by 11 great - grand children.
