She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Phillips (Michael Schleh); her grandchildren, Anzleigh Phillips and Maelee Phillips; her siblings, Johnny Cook (Karen), Freddy Cook (Jo Evon), Mae Francis, Al Cook (Vickie) and Gary Cook (Linda); and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Ritchey (Neil), Jesse McCool (Diane), John David McCool (Karla), Jackie McCool and Becky Leisey.
