He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leslie, Violet Turner and Faye Roach; and his granddaughter Charlie Beaudoin. He is survived by: his wife Krystal May; his children, Bailee (Cody Beaudoin), Jake Roach and Jacee Roach; his grandchildren, Sailor, Cali and Blakely; and his parents, Linda Daniels and Chris Roach. He is also survived by his siblings and nieces and nephews.

The family requests that no flowers be sent, instead they ask that you honor Jeff's memory by making a donation to the Warrior's Heart Foundation.
