He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie and Evalyn; and his sister Ann Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Helen Ledbetter; his children, Kimberly Michelle Ledbetter and Douglas Lee Ledbetter (Blake Newman); his grandchildren, Douglas Lee Ledbetter II, Eli Daniel Ledbetter, Logan and Eliza; his sister Connie Vick; his brother-in-law Carroll Vick; and his cousin Mitch Jeffrey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
