He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmit Turnage and Jewel Rolen Turnage. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Davis of Haworth and Shannon Turnage of Goodwater; his grandchildren, Taylor Friend and Aaron Davis; his great grandchildren, Peyton Friend and Emma Friend; the mother of his children Janell Hamil; his brother Danny Turnage of Idabel; his son-in-law Mack Davis; and his grandson-in-law Justin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Family Chapel (3 NE 3rd St, Idabel, OK 74745). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
