He was predeceased by: his significant other Janet of Kipp's Big Boy; his parents, C. E. Talent and Lida Mae Talent; and his siblings, Charles Talent, Doris Nutt and Gladys Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Talent (Jean) and Tammy Walls; his grandchildren, Justin Walls, Kaitlyn Renfroe (Brandon), Truitt Talent and Lewis Talent; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Renfroe, Layton Walls, Cooper Walls and Magnolia Renfroe; and his siblings, Leon, Ed Talent and LaJoy Kingston (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
