He is survived by: his mother Christi Applegate; his siblings, Dakota Lindsey (Ciera), Michael Applegate, Jr. and Misek Applegate; his nephew Roper Lindsey; his niece Zoey Lindsey; his grandmothers, Anita Starkey and Pamela Nicholson; his aunts and uncles, Ashlee Myers, Daniel Ray Lee, Jennifer Thomas, Amy Lawrence and Steven Barnett; his great-uncle Terry Barnett; his great-aunt Sherry Carlisle; and his cousins, Mazee Myers, Paitun Myers, Talin Myers, Garrit Faulkner, Rudy Applegate, Gavin Thomas and Jacob Thomas.
