He is survived by: his wife Patsy Parker; his daughters, Kim Parker Stevens (David) and Cindy Parker Edmundson (Randy); his grandchildren, Jason Merritt, Jonathan Merritt, Taren Taylor Merritt, Heather Cope Altoe, Hillary Cope Millsap, Derek Cope and Addison Cope; and his great grandchildren, Makenlee Ann Millsap, Whitten Cole Millsap, Livia Ann Altoe, Marli Lou Merritt, Poppy Mae Merritt, Parker Jayne Cope, Cleo Michael Merritt and Grady Keith Cope.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home (730 Clarksville St, Paris, TX 75460). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the East Paris Baptist Church (725 N Collegiate Dr, Paris, TX 75460).
