She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell A. Williams and Ruby Pearl Page Williams; her husband Noel Philley; her son Jim Edmonson; and her brothers, Page Williams and Wayne Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Little (Darnell), Candy Philley, Cindy Brown, John and Callie Brown (Kevin); her daughter-in-law Beth Garvey (Nick); her grandchildren, Brittany Echols (Clint), Aaron Little (Amanda), Blake Little (Christie), Catherine Edmonson, Kaitlin (David), Carson, Lucinda, April, Andy and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Echols, Anna Echols, Olivia Echols, Addylynn Little, Adam Little and Canyon Little.
