He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Leddy and Mary Elizabeth Leddy; and his sister Laura Kay. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Leddy; his daughters, Elizabeth Leddy of Greensboro, NC and Dr. Sarah Walter (Collin Walter) of Houston, TX; his nieces, Kathy Newton and Leigh Ann Willis (Cory Willis); and his caregivers, Mary, Willie, Elizabeth, Tameicha, Dr. Devabrata Ganguly and Dr. Jay Cannon.
