She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Shelby Coker and Katie Lucille Coker (Weaver). She is survived by: her daughter Mela Dee Woodard; her granddaughter Shelby Kate Gentry (Andrew); her brother Dr. Don Coker (Virginia Coker); and her nieces, Kimberly Butler (Ken) and Rebecca Madewell (Quint). She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to your local school district's fine arts department in support of music education, a cause that was close to Patsy's heart throughout her life and career.
