She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Taylor Holt and Opal Dean Holt (Smith); her daughter Bianca Segraves; her brother Alvin Holt; her sister-in-law Carmelita Holt (Lindsey Clark); her nephew Rodney Holt; and her niece Dawn Holt.

She is survived by: her daughters, Shawna Segraves Duncan (Mickey) of Muskogee and Melissa Segraves Cross of Haworth, Oklahoma; her siblings, Bill Holt of Hugo, Jimmy Holt (Sandra) of Talihina, Jack Holt of Florence, Steve Holt (Nina) of Guthrie, Oklahoma and Glenda Keith (Mickey) of Ada, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jalynn, Mabry, Rayce, Channing Duncan of Muskogee, Emma, Brody Fields of Haworth and Brennen Lewis (Dayton); her great grandchildren, Bentley and Dixanne of Kenner, Louisiana; and her close friend Shirlene Level. She is also survived by her two daughters, six granddaughters, one grandson, and two great-grandchildren.
