She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Kent, Sr. and Vesta Vera King Kent; her grandparents, Mark, Charley Etta "Tammie" Hodges, William Oscar and Ella Bertha Reddell Kent; her son Charles Deryl Landers; and her siblings, Jimmie Kent and Mary Jo Kent Hayden.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Wayne McCool of Powderly, TX and Vikki Ranee Jones of Shreveport, LA; and her grandchildren, Matthew McCool (Emilia) of Jacksonville, NC, Nicholas McCool (Choday) of Germany, Joseph McCool of Powderly, TX, Jeff Barnett of Sawyer, OK, Patrick Eady (Kristy) of Sulphur Springs, TX, David Landers of Paris, TX, Tammy Landers Peugh (David) of Springtown, TX, Brandon Godwin (Misty) of Anna, TX, Morgan Landers Martin (Zach) of Austin, TX and Hunter Landers (Alisa) of Paris, TX. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
