He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Norris and Martha O'Brien Norris; and his wife Dorothy Jean "Dottie" Norris. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Hale (Howard) and Greg Norris (Shelley); his grandchildren, Gabe Neill, Brittany Ferguson (JD), Amber Banke (Rodney) and Ashley Justice (Chris); and his sister Sandy Leonard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
