It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Everett Martin of Paris, Texas, born in Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Ronald Everett may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ronald Everett touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen K. Martin; his parents, Everett Martin and Betty Lou Martin; and his siblings, James E. Martin and Sharon K. Richardson.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Seanda Gilbert (Norm) of Paris and Stephen Towler of Sumner; and his grandsons, Bentley Gilbert of Chicago, Keyton Gilbert of Paris and Logan Gilbert of Dallas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
