She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Richard E. and JoAnn Renner. She is survived by : her parents, Rick Renner and Diane Renner; her brother Cody; and her grandparents, Herman and Josephine Kellner. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In March 2020 when COVID made its way into the United States, Ashlie was moved directly into a new state of the art COVID Research Lab.
