He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Hawthorn; his son Scott Olen Hawthorn; his grandchildren, Daniel, Brett and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Rowan and Remi Hart; his stepgranddaughters, Hailey and Nicole; his niece Stacy; and his nephew Gary.
