She is survived by: her children, Ronnie (Mary Ellen), Darin and Kristie (Charlie); her grandchildren, Alexx (Caleb), Clayton (Reagan), Kaytie (Jordan), Coleman and Caroline; her great grandchildren, Jake, Joseph, John Luke and Levi; her husband Ronald Addison Caldwell, Sr.; her brother James Burkhalter, Jr.; and her cousin Rick Swann (Paula).
