He is survived by: his son Jerry; his daughter-in-law Patricia Simons of Bryan, TX; his daughter Sherry; his son-in-law Bill Shaver of Aransas Pass; his daughter Terre; his son-in-law Larry Koenig of Hempstead, TX.; his grandchildren, Jennie Graham (Keegan), Billie Jo Welker (Terry), William Shaver (Candielee), Melissa St. Martin (Tim) and Katie Matthews (Nathan); his sister Betty Hayter (Larry); and his brother-in-law Richard Lay (Ginger). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brother and sisters.
