He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jacque" Johnson; his children, Alexandria "Alex" and Andrew Johnson; and his siblings, Rex Johnson (Valerie "Val"), Guy Johnson (Anna) and Janice Birkhead (Bobby). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
