She is survived by: her sister Judy Mayo; her sons, Jeff Moore (Jennifer) and Keith Moore (Martha); her grandchildren, Bryce Moore (Rachel), Myranda Burkholder (Daniel), Taylor Moore, Madison Moore and Bailey Moore; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Braelynn Burkholder; and her nephew Jayce Mayo.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Deeann's memory to the Animal Organization, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, or the American Heart Association.
