Underwood; his siblings, Randy Underwood (Jenna Underwood) and Cindy Forbes (Kenny); his brothers-in-law, Jack McCurdy and Gary Mills (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, Abbie Mills, Jennifer Fisher, Rebekah McDaniel, Amanda Anderson, Jamie McCurdy, Greg Underwood, Nicolas Forbes, Michael McCurdy, Jack McCurdy and Andrew McCurdy. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
