She is survived by: her sister Eve Laird; her brother-in-law Bobby Newman; her son Lewis Newman (Karen Newman); her grandchildren, Lance Newman (Nadia Newman), Leslie Chitwood (Jeff Chitwood), Kevin Casten (Amanda), Ashton Newman and Zachary Newman; and her great grandchildren, Jevan Casten and Kennedy Chitwood. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, neighbors, and church friends.
