He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Melder Rhame and Beulah Lonsberry Rhame. He is survived by: his wife Terrye Hendry Rhame; his children, Debbie Moye (Tommy), Deanna Straight (Roger) and Jim Rhame; his grandson Robert LeBlanc (Lindsey); and his great grandchild Avery LeBlanc.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Cancer Society, American Kidney Fund, St. Jude's Hospital, or an offering in memory of Jerry Rhame to First Baptist Church of Pasadena, Texas.
