It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Robert Brasington of Pasadena, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Brasington and Ruth Brasington; and his nephew Bobby Brasington. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Brasington; his children, Lynn Barnett (Ron) and Tim Brasington (Danielle); his grandchildren, Nicholaus Barnett, Nathaniel Barnett, Brian Barnett and Delenn Brasington; his brother Wayne Brasington (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Starnes (Ernestine), Brenda Mollenkopf (Doug) and Kelly Starnes (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
