He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Blackshear and Ila Myrle Blackshear; his sisters, Maryann Morrison and Barbara Head; and his grandson Stephen Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Angela Kelley, Jennifer Casey (Rickey) and Amy Lofton; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Miller (Matt), Scott Casey (Amanda), Kalynn Casey, Morgan Kelley and Conner Lofton. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (7500 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77505). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
