He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Zavadil; his brother Robert Lee "Pancho" Zavadil; and his mother Dorothy Marie Halliburton. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Moren; his son Kenneth "Ken" Zavadil, Jr. (Connie) of Center; and his grandchildren, Greg Utley of Franklin, Josef Edwin Zavadil of Center and Lauren Kenley Zavadil of Center.
