She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Sue Smith and Jessie James Smith; her husband William W. Packer, Sr.; and her siblings, Ronnie Smith, Kenny Smith and Judy Cordova.
She is survived by: her children, Tisha Jenkins (Allen Jenkins) of Conroe and Will Packer of Pearland, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Justin Packer, Darian Jenkins, Emily Packer, Ashley Packer, Christopher Packer and Olivia Landa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and treasured friends.
