She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dawson Herman Essary and Mary Emily Graham Essary; her sisters, Diana Kurten (Jimmy), Deborah Parrott (Mike) and Candy Sherbert; her former spouse Jimmie Maness (Chip); her children, Mary Kathryn Maness-Kerbow (Katy), Candace Lauren Winton, Jimmie Maness (Ryan), Emily Nicole Cotton and Easton James Kerbow; her grandson Logan Ethington; her former husband Ronald Dale Winton; her spouse Carroll Smith; her sons, W. C. and Brandon Smith; her children-in-law, Catherine and Erin; her grandchildren, Ashley and Lauren of Brandon's Charlotte; and her children-in-law, Ethan and Julia.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the First Baptist Church (7500 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77505).
