He is survived by : his children, Andrea Vick (John) and Brian Sample (Tracy); his granddaughters, Hannah Sample, Erin Sample and Lilliee Vick; his stepdaughter Teena Thompson (Michael); his children, Tamara, Tiffanie, Tyler, Tanya Smith (Tim), Travis and Tessa; and his nieces and nephews, Dirk Sample, Brent Sample, Rob Green, Deanna Martiner, Shelly Hunter, Laurie Potter and Stacey Harsey. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
