She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Roy Blevins; her son Kelly Rae Blevins (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kyle Blevins, Katie Blevins (William) and Cori Carillo (Andrew); and her close friend Watkins. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren.
