She is survived by: her husband Max Ivens; her children, Jason Smith (Cristy), Ronnie Ivens (Cheryl) and Kelcey Davis (Robbie); her grandchildren, Cason Smith, Triston Smith, Mallory Davis, Ashlyn Davis and Reece Ivens; and her siblings, Brenda Spain, Tammy Oxford (Rusty) and Terry Hogan (Georgeann). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
