She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Williams and Juanita Williams; her husband John Howard Phelps; her son Douglas Ray Phelps; her brothers, Weldon Williams, Eudean Williams and Darrell Williams; and her siblings-in-law, Lyndon Phelps and Peggy Phelps.

She is survived by: her sons, Steve Phelps (Jana) and Ken Phelps (Alicia); her grandchildren, Becky Phelps, Luke Feldmeier, Johnny Phelps (Kimberly), Bethany Lepretre (Kegan) and Quentin; her great grandchildren, Easton, Will, Harper, Leighton, Jace, Olivia and Sawyer; and her sisters-in-law, Peggie Williams and Kitty Williams. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
