She was predeceased by: her daughter Pearl Yvonne; the father of her children Domingo Q. Ortiz Sr.; her father Jesus Chapa; her siblings, Jesus, Edward and Willie; and her daughter-in-law Ursula Jeanette Ortiz.
She is survived by: her children, Domingo Q. Ortiz Jr., Alma Obregon, Marcos Ortiz, JacLyn Ortiz and April Ortiz; her grandchildren, Ursula, Maxwell, Artimuxs, Marcos II, Ylianna, Mario, Zach, Paul, Trey and Tatianna; her great grandchildren, Luca and Zack Jr. Eileen; her mother Benita Chapa; and her siblings, Ernesto and Esther. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
