He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Pardue (Don) of Beaumont and Kent Dowdy (Tammy) of League City; his grandchildren, Stefan Smith, Forrestt Smith, Seraphina Pantoja-Smith, Emily Serrano (Matthew) and Brittany Martinez; and his great grandchildren, Alizayah Garcia, Briley, Brissa and Jency Martinez, Jr..
