He is survived by: his wife Ellen Johnson; his sister Jan; his brother-in-law Don Adams; his children, Kimberly Voorhies and Brian; his daughter-in-law Caryn Voorhies; his son Jacob Johnson; his grandchildren, Samantha, Ashton, Chloe, Ethan, Madilynne and Haylee; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Cayson, Charlotte and Axel. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
