He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Laughlin and Oddie Laughlin; his wife Lillian Smith Laughlin (Billie); and his sisters, June Howe and Joanne McPurdy.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Laughlin, Linda Collins, Leroy Laughlin and Dr. Lloyd Laughlin (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Crystal Burnett, Chris Collins, Casey Rubio, Zachary Laughlin, Nicholas Laughlin and Hayden Laughlin.
