He is survived by: his wife Ana Phillips; his parents, Nicholas Phillips and Viola Phillips; his parents-in-law, Jose and Elida Barros; his sons, Jose Perez and Bryan Phillips, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Chelsea; his children, Bryana Phillips and Leonardo Phillips; his brother Jason Phillips; his sister-in-law Jennifer; his sister Erin Inala; his brother-in-law Andy; his grandson Damien Phillips; and his nieces, Ashley Phillips, Kaitlyn Phillips, Sydney Phillips, Isabella Inala and Gabriella Inala.
