He is survived by: his brother Billy Stepan (Kathy); his wife Martha Karen; his grandchildren, Sabriel, Xander, Sebastian, Aurelia and Quentin; his siblings, Dan, Roy and Betty Jean Hoff (Herman); and his siblings-in-law, Victor Milam (Pat) and Donna Morgan.
