He is survived by: his former wife Anita Glasgow; and his children, Joseph (Ivel Frett), Albert (Iris Penn), Peggy Penn (Franklyn), Jones (Michele Penn), Robert Penn, Wilburn (Patricia Penn), Winston (Maria Penn), Alvin (Betty Penn), Kizzy Penn (Claude-George), Kacey Penn (Bryan Allen-Blyden), Shirley Frett, Hannah Glasgow, Earl Glasgow, Wayne (Olivia Glasgow) and Abigail (Oscar Edwards). He is also survived by forty two grandchildren; fifty five great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and a host of many other family and friends.
