He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McCollom and Anita McCollom; his father-in-law O'Daniel James Richards; and his sister Patricia Davis. He is survived by: his wife Theresia McCollom; his son Thad McCollom (Alyssa); and his siblings, Kevin McCollom and Colleen Simkins (Bennie).
