She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Winn and Verner Winn; her spouse Jody Prazak Sr.; her sisters, Gladys McManus and Lorene Fairchild; her son Jody Prazak; her stepchildren, Wayne Roy Wade and April Mortensen; and her grandson Michael Prazak.

She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Prazak and Susan Prazak Partridge (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Laura Thomas, Sonia Prazak, Juliette Prazak, Preston and Casey Partridge; her nieces, Cheri Pitts and Sissy Slaton; her nephew Lou Jr.; and her stepchildren, Becky Anderson and Mitchell Wade. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
