He was predeceased by: his son Travis Balko; his parents, Milton Balko and Mildred Balko; and his brother Dennis Balko. He is survived by: his wife Irma Balko; his stepdaughters, Robin Moore (Keko), Nancy Brewer (Gene) and Susan Collins (Bruce); his grandchildren, Jacob Skillen, Coralana Trevino and Brendan Bruyere (Bryleigh); his siblings, Theresa Feeney (Jim), Jenise Hildebrand (Gene), Jerry Balko (Carole) and Doug Balko (Jimmie Sue); and his pets, Gypsy and Rover. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
