He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dewitt and Marie Dewitt (Zdanke). He is survived by: his wife Sharon DeWitt (Holland); his children, Diane (Fernando) of Cardenas and David DeWitt (Sarah); his grandchildren, George, Isabella of Cardenas and Wesley DeWitt; and his siblings, Harriet Alexander, William DeWitt Jr., Margaret Hansen, Joseph DeWitt, Betty Armstrong and Robert DeWitt. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
