George William Franks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George William Franks of Pearsall, Texas, who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though George may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those George touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sons, Derek (Beth) and Alex (Angela); and his grandchildren, Julian, Asher, Charlie and Sydney.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Bill's memory to the American Heart Association.
