He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Rodriguez and Juanita Rodriguez; and his brothers, Armando Rodriguez and Elias Rodriguez Jr. (Leo). He is survived by: his wife Estella Rodriguez; his children, Leticia Juarez (Carlos), Joseluis Rodriguez Jr. (Kimberly), Fernando Rodriguez and Analisa Orona (Gilbert); his grandchildren, John Doctor, Julie Doctor, Emily Natividad, Lucinda Orona, Ryan Orona, Pennylane Rodriguez and Jude Rodriguez; his siblings, Erlinda Chapman and Mario Rodriguez; and his siblings-in-law, Rosa DeLaRosa and Ricky Natividad (Becky). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
