He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Tony Licon; his grandparents, Fred and Fransisca Vasquez; his wife Tracey Licon; his children, Julie, Alfredo Urias, Ronnie, Shelby Licon and Teresa Licon; his siblings, Rachel Barrera, Donna Tarin and Danny Tarin; his brothers-in-law, Sammy Barrera and Jorge Baeza; his mother Sarah Vasquez Tarin; and his granddaughters, Aliyanna Urias, Rowan and Randi.
On the day of the service family and friends are to be at the church at 9am, only the immediate family and pallbearers are to be at the funeral home, per the church request, mask and social distancing are required at all times.
