He is survived by: his sons, Steve Taylor (Chevon) and David Cunningham (Elizabeth); his pet Olive; and his siblings, Charles Ray Cunningham (Jeannie), Mary Kay Shocklee (Ed) and Gary Carl Cunningham (Lerida). He is also survived by grandchildren, eight cherished great-grandchildren.
